With over 30 years of experience, both in restaurant and catering settings, Rebecca is passionate about her work, which helps her to bring her best to any type of event. Whether it is a large wedding, a fundraiser or an intimate gathering, Rebecca’s professionalism is blended with her ability to make your guests feel comfortable and welcomed. It must be that “Minnesota Nice” combined with her 20-year Colorado laid back attitude!

Her ability to blend bold flavors with cost efficient spirits is what makes her service stand out. Cocktails such as her ever-popular Blackberry Bomb (blackberry puree’, fresh squeezed lime juice, homemade simple syrup, vodka and ginger beer) make for wonderful additions to any event, any time of year. While she can mix and shake the perfect martini, her homemade Old Fashioned mix is what takes the cake!
